Development Timeline#

2005

• January 31 - A Barnyard video game is confirmed to be in development alongside the movie's release.¹

2006

• April 25 - THQ announces the game for a July release date.²
• August 1 - The game is released.

2006#

Six screenshots of the game were posted, dating to May 16, 2006. The first five below are from a press kit, while the last one is from IGN.
