Demo Tracks#
|
|
This needs some investigation. |
There are 3 videos from the Cuba channel on YouTube where you can hear demos of tracks, namely the main menu theme, select theme and the Glyphic Canyon level theme. All these tracks are unaltered versions that were included in multible sample CDs.

Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
System : Main Menu |
This track has the most differences. The instruments are completely different, the drums are more pronounced than in the final version of the track, and the guitar is less pronounced. |
||
System : Select |
The guitar is very weak compared to the final version and the track itself sounds more electronic compared to the more metallic sound of the final version. This track comes from a sample CD titled "Big Fish Audio - Electric Ghetto" |
||
Glyphic Canyon |
The drums are much more pronounced, and the song itself sounds more electronic, compared to the more metal sound of the final version of the song. A slightly longer yet shorter version of this version of the song was used in the E3 build. |
Original Versions#
On the Shadow The Hedgehog Original Soundtrax CD contains early versions of Digital Circuit and Circus Park as bonus tracks. Despite the album titling both tracks as the "Original Version", an even older version of Digital Circuit's track can be heard in the E3 2005 build.

Notes |

Digital Circuit |
This is more complete than the E3 version; however, it still has a couple of differences. Like featuring a weird slide whistle-like sound, along with missing a few instruments, such as the guitar from the 30-second mark. Also, the Original Version uses the same scratch sample heard in Westopolis. Which comes from AMG - 160 db The Drum & Bass Interface sample CD. |

Circus Park |
Not available in this build |
Missing instruments, a bit bassier than the final game, the final version is missing an instrument that is more noticeable from 1:00 onward. Sadly, this song was not present in the E3 build, so it's unknown if this is a later version or if an earlier version exists. |
