On December 25, 2024, the source code to the Stadia version of Saints Row IV leaked on 4chan. There are some interesting leftovers from previous Saints Row games that could be found.

SR2_Voice_Script_Final.xls#

The entire script can be found in one of the folders, ranging from missions to pedestrian lines, even radio dialogue! It appears to have been finalized, judging from the amount of identical dialogue with some small, usually minor changes.

Note: Only the Male 2 Protagonist voice option (BMPLAYER) is covered in the file itself.

The Anna Show/Vacation's Over#

Script lines for both cutscenes are included in the table, implying they were supposed to be part of a singular cutscene.

There are two cut lines, the second supposed to take place after the end of the cutscene where they remove the protagonist's bandages, possibly off-camera. Likely cut due to pacing.

Activities and Diversions#

General#

Human Torch, Mayhem, Hijacking and Insurance Fraud each have tab sections for voice lines, but nothing was written for it.
- No lines were included for the Heli Assult tab, despite havine dialogue lines for it.
- The Activity Cutscenes section refer to Septic Avenger as Clean Sweep.
The Demolition Derby and Fight Club Activity cutscenes take place at the Arena and School, where the places were swapped in the final.
The Level 1 dialogue in Septic Avenger isn't marked as being spread out to other Levels.

Though this dialogue is used in the final in the form of a radio newscast, it's grouped in with the mission/cutscene dialogue in the file than separately implying it was supposed to be part of the scrapped additional ending cutscene. Interestingly, the Situation/Trigger mentions Jane "standing in front of a demolished Philips Building", when the building doesn't get demolished at all in the final.
