Like WWE 2K20, a fair amount of bugs are present. However, many of them were fixed via updates.
Missing/Mixed Up Textures#
Sometimes the game tends to mess up textures, resulting in CAWs to appear glitched with mixed up textures and even missing some. This can be easily fixed with a material modification in some items or deleting a part in Create A Wrestler.

Infinite Saving#
Sometimes in the Image Uploader or in the Group Image Editor, there will be a random glitch in which the image will be stuck on Infinite Saving. Resulting in the player to reset the game. This bug was carried over from WWE 2K20.
Community Creations Not Uploading Correctly#
Sometimes your community creations will not upload correctly, and will not appear in your uploads, or even straight up disappear from your uploads. Resulting in players duplicating CAWs by accident. This bug was soon later fixed.
Game tries to connect to Xbox Live#
If you put your console to sleep mode, and try to re-open the game. The game will try to connect to Xbox Live twice, resulting in players to see a annoying pop-up to get an Xbox Gold Membership.
Community Creations "Content is Damaged"#
Sometimes when a player attempts to download a hidden superstar from Community Creations, a message will appear stating that the download has failed because the "Content is damaged." This is likely an attempt by Visual Concepts to curb the uploads of MyFaction exclusive superstars, although it could be an unintentional bug.
