Warpath

Warpath is a game about conquering the universe from 1994. It can still be downloaded from the developer's website.

Mouse Help Placeholder#

A button in the top right does not have any graphics. Clicking on it makes it so the game does not draw the axis lines, thus it fulfills a purpose and it makes sense that the button is blank. But hovering over it reveals the mouse help text Reserved in the bottom left, thus suggesting the button was originally spare and the author had to come up with a functionality for it to make the layout work out.

VK Keycode Message#

During gameplay, if you press Escape followed by another key, a message will pop up telling the corresponding VK Keycode ID. This seems to be a development leftover.

Unused Audio Files#

Some audio files are included with the game files, but never used in-game.
