Typing of the Date

Not to be confused with the game with a similar name, Typing of the Date is a game where you must use the Dreamcast Keyboard peripheral in order to date characters by pressing certain letters in a short timespan.

"test_0.mdl" contains three unused backgrounds that were taken in front and inside of a coffee house. It does not resemble the artstyle used for other backgrounds in the final game.

This unknown female character also exists in "test_0.mdl". Given this and the amount of sprites, the player would have dated her at the coffee shop at some point during development.

Among the files contains a CVS folder, which Hudson Soft staff used during development for the game. "ROOT" has someone presumably named Shibata Zetton accessing the CVS folder.
