To do: Everything. This page is in early stages. Look in TT2x.RES files for any readable data. This is not a standard RES format and was put together by Edmark themselves. Find revisional differences between Macintosh version and "Macintosh Performa Version", if there are any.

Thinkin' Things Collection 2 is an edutainment mini-game collection for Windows, DOS, and Mac OS Classic. It's got all you'd love in a game like this; animals playing instruments, a matching game with Fripples, and who could forget, Flying Spheres Shapes and snakes!

Unused Graphics#

Located in TT2.EXE, an early Windows credits image can be found. The Windows version of the game does not show the credits, unlike the MS-DOS and Macintosh versions.

In BLOXRES.DLL, a black-and-white photo of someone (presumably a developer) can be found. This was likely a test image during development of the 2-3D BLOX minigame.

There is also a foreground image for this, making it more likely it was used for testing.

Unused Audio#

2-3D BLOX and Snake BLOX#

The Windows version has an audio track (10034.WAV) that goes unused, but is heard in the Macintosh version:

SETUP.MS#

Located at 0x0005D10,
This first part is the same as the first part of AddWin32sFilesToFakeCopyList since it initializes thousands of vars and I didn't want to pass them all in and at 0x00008E00,
End of OLE stuff that I think will never happen.
