The Ship: Murder Party is a murder mystery game that has the feels of The Sims and a Trouble in Terrorist Town before its time. It originally began as a total conversion mod for Half-Life in 2004. Each player is given a Quarry to kill and must evade their own Hunter in the process, all set onboard a series of 1920s art deco cruise ships. It also has its own separate single-player story mode.

While Grainger explains what Mr. X wants from his participants in the competition, his quote has a reverbing effect that includes him being silenced. The actual voiceline used for the caption is set to 0.0 volume, effectively muting it.
