The Dragon

A beat 'em up with fighting sections starring Bruce Lee, and one of the only NES games with Arabic text.

Oddities#

At coordinates X $18 and Y $0A, the title screen uses tile $7E, but it's the same color as the background.

Revisional Differences#

TheDragon(Talkman)-Titlescreen.png
In late 1997, Rinco released the Talkman famiclone, which came with three built-in games, one of them being an enhanced version of The Dragon with voice acting.

TheDragon(Talkman)-Splashscreen.png
Lee himself was moved over to a new splash screen coming after the title screen, presumably to show off the audio capabilities with his battle cry.
This screen still uses tile $7E, moved up to coordinates X $17 and Y $0E instead.

TheDragon(Talkman)-UnusedTitlescreen.png
The Lee splash screen merely uses the CHR of the title screen from the original version. Because of this, the rest of the graphics once used there go unused in this version, including the 1995 copyright.
