The Act is an animated romantic comedy arcade game in which the player controls Edgar, a hospital window washer who must woo the nurse and save his brother from getting an accidental brain transplant.

Cancelled in early 2007 due to a lack of publisher interest, the game was ported to iOS in 2012 but has since been delisted. For years, the arcade version was exclusive to the few dedicated cabinets and conversion kits that were produced. The game's installation disc was eventually dumped in early 2023.
