left Start the game with the Pro Action Replay code 80804E01 active to access the game's debug menu.
The four options available:
Game: starts the game like normal
CHR: graphics viewer (no longer functional)
OBJ: player sprite viewer
Music: sound test
By default, the CHR option has been deactivated, so selecting it does nothing. The Pro Action Replay code 81814300 will make it selectable again, although the screen itself no longer works correctly.
