Stardust Suplex

A women's wrestling game, just without any real-world wrestling team connections. About as generic as it gets otherwise.

Sound Test#

At the title screen, quickly press Left, Right, Down+Right, Down, Down+Left+A.

Development Text#

At the start of the ROM is this title string originating from Shin Nippon Pro Wrestling '94, another wrestling game developed by Varie. This game was very likely built atop of the aforementioned game's engine.

Battle Field in Tokyo Dome '94

At offset 0x8266 is development text intended to be written to developer hardware at the time. This includes an SRAM detection address, although the game does not contain any SRAM by default. Despite being mentioned in Super Famicom Nintendo documentation at the time as containing anti-piracy measures, the game appears to have no innate anti-piracy checks.
