Silent Dragon is an arcade beat-'em-up from the developers of Double Dragon 3: The Rosetta Stone which might not exactly a good pedigree, but it's considered a much better game compared to it. Featuring Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jagi from Fist of the North Star and Wolfgang Krauser fused with The Joker in the role of the big baddie.
Unused Graphics#
While Silent Dragon was published by Taito, the Technos logo can be found at the bottom of the game's graphic tiles. East Technology previously developed the arcade version of Double Dragon 3, so it's possible that Technos may had cooperated with the development of Silent Dragon at some point if this logo is not just some leftover from Double Dragon 3.
Joe's girlfriend, Catherine, tied up from a ceiling. Presumably she would've been shown in this matter during the final boss battle.

The Japanese and US versions display a standard export copyright notice on boot. The European version doesn't have an equivalent notice and instead goes straight to the title screen.
Additionally, the US version displays the (blatantly obligatory) FBI's "Winners Don't Use Drugs" screen common of the era, after the copyright notice.
