Changing 0x3FFFD in scc_04.bin to CE and 0x3FFFE in scc_03.bin and scc_04.bin to 00 shows some debug text during gameplay.
Additionally, by pressing Player 1 Button 3 (Shot 3) during gameplay, a "Game Master" debug menu appears with extensive debugging features.
