Level Select#

The Game Genie codes IPKGAKIY + XTNKGTAV re-enable an in-game level select. To use it, press A on the second controller to toggle level select mode "on" or "off" (a number will appear at the bottom-right corner of the game HUD) and press Right to cycle through level numbers 1 to 5. Then press B to advance to the selected level.
