Level Select & Sound Test#
On the main menu, highlight "Name Entry" and hold L+R, then press Down, B, Left, A, Up, X, Right, Y, Select, Start. If done correctly, you'll be taken to a combination level select and sound test. Selecting level #54 ("No, Don't!") also shows the ending and credits.
