Orthocrack has nothing to do with your teeth falling apart, and is instead a French edutainment game focusing on grammar, including gendered nouns and singular/plural forms. While versions for other computer systems were numbered (including an Apple II-exclusive Orthocrack 4), this CPC one is not.
