Miracle Girls

Not "magical girls"... Miracle Girls.

Extra Menu Items#

Between the string "1P VS 2P" and the copyright strings, there are four more Japanese menu options, which read "player test", "player animation test", "pattern test", and "sound test", respectively. Only the latter two work, selecting either of the first two options does nothing.

This lengthy series of codes will provide access to what's left of the game's debugging features:

Debug Text#

To do:
Document what's left of the programming (I did it for the Splatterhouses; so can you).

Some leftover debug text is located at offset 0x028898 in the ROM. There do not seem to be any references to most of these strings left in the game; while a couple of these functions are still somewhat intact, the programming for the main debug menu itself appears to have been removed.
