M&M's Blast! is a party game that features the M&M's mascots playing minigames to collect the most Minis. Nothing much more to see. Cheap Mario Party, anyone?
The game was apparently cancelled in Europe.

Also, each music track in the game has its name and "© Martin Schioeler" next to it in the files, likely indicating Schioeler as their composer.

This needs some investigation. |
The game has many strings that can be found in its files, including:
TOO MANY DOTS IN PATH!
TOO MANY DOTS ONSCREEN!
TOO MANY DOT ANIMATIONS ONSCREEN!
These would only be seen when too much data is loaded in at once, not during normal gameplay. They all appear to be part of the same string, separated by only 2 NUL characters (\x00) each.
UNASSIGNED WARP DOT
UNTERMINATED WARP LIST
These would only be seen when the game throws an error, and certainly not during normal gameplay. Again, they appear to be part of the same string, separated by 1 NUL character.
