Jail Break was one of Konami's first Commodore 64 conversions published by themselves, alongside Gradius. Unlike Gradius, however, it wasn't good.
Unused Graphics#
While this port lacks the introduction and intermission cutscenes seen in the arcade original, sprites for the cop car and the large van seen in them are loaded in memory.

Hidden Message#
Listed alongside the on-screen text strings is the following message:
RHONA I LOVE YOU
It's not known if there's a way to view it, however.
