Extra Lives Cheat#

To do: Find out what the height coordinate is and where else this can be done in the game.

At the beginning of the game on the first screen, jump down onto the tree as shown on the above screenshot. Pause the game on Controller 1, hold A+B on Controller 2, unpause, and pause the game again. Keep holding A+B down and every time you pause and unpause the game after this, you will get an additional life every time you do this.

There are other places where this can be done in the game, as the height coordinate determines if this cheat can be done, but the above screenshot is the easiest place to do this.

Unused Graphics#

Some numbers 1-8 interspersed with the graphics of the fourth level boss, Eye Column, potentially to aid the developers with the complexity of the boss.
