Unused Graphics#

FLAG.DIR#

An alternative background for the Flag Fest activity.

IS1.DIR#

A graphic that reads "Click here to return to the ship". This was likely a placeholder.

OPTIONS.DIR#

A somewhat early design for the game's options screen.

A graphic with the internal name "Proof Sheet NAMES", showing most of the game's characters and their names. Some of the characters have a slightly different color design.

QUARTERS.DIR#

A note from the developers about an animation that "isn't proof".

UPMAST.DIR#

An uncolored pirate flag.

Unused Scenes#

PIRATES.DIR#

PIRATES.DIR is a leftover from a demo.

Unused Sounds#

FIREAWAY.DIR#

A placeholder voice clip for Gunner John can be found.

Fake John Surprise

What? Ey, alright, ey!

IS1.DIR#

A somewhat early recording for Spiney's line, which is spoken when the player arrives at Pirate Island. It's pretty much the same as in the finished product, but with "oh bother" instead of "oh no". Notably, the voice used here sounds more raspy and high-pitched, compared to Spiney's deep, slow-witted voice.

BOW.DIR#

In BOW.DIR is a message left for the animators.

Gary-when the guy is mopping and the frog comes off of his broom you can puppet
the animation (or have it go there or what ever) to the one called frog crawl okay?
