Eol's Adventure is a mascot platformer starring a lovable yellow fluffy creature of undefined species named Eol. His quest is to save his island from extinction at the hands of the wizard Careol. Think something like Kirby, Mega Man, and Sonic combined.
Unused Graphics#
In EOL.FX5 are some unused graphics related to Eol himself that are never seen in-game.
As shown in some magazine dev interviews, originally Eol was meant to skid around.
The cling animation was meant to have extra frames for the start of clinging. These don't get used, and as such Eol just snaps onto the pole object.
This frame seemingly comes before the walk cycle, implying there was originally going to be a pre-walk start animation.
This weird frame is stored right after the skid animation. Its purpose is completely unknown.
