Creative Mosaic

Creative Mosaic is a sliding tile puzzle game that was bundled with certain Sound Blaster cards.

This needs some investigation. Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page. Specifically: Any other versions? The version numbering seems to suggest so.

Came with the Sound Blaster Pro.

Came with Sound Blaster 16 cards.

• Changes certain sound effects.
• Adds QSound support, which also changes a few sound effects. If QSound is installed, a new item appears in the Options menu to toggle it, and it is automatically enabled at launch with no way to disable it by default. Otherwise, you're stuck with the normal sounds, and there's no indication that the game even supports QSound.
