Level Select#
This requires a six-button controller. In the options menu, highlight Exit, hold A+B+C and press Start. "CHEAT IS ACTIVATED!" will flash on the screen if done right. Start the game, and at the track preview screen, press X/Mode to cycle through the tracks.
Strangely, this is enabled by default in Head-to-Head mode.
