Check for more unused scripts. IDs 99999999 (0x5F5E0FF) and 10007040 (0x98B200) can't be ran for unknown reasons. The former appears to be a debug menu of some sort.

Debug Script#

Enabling the below code will replace the New Game script with a debug script. This allows selecting any script ID and running it.

Script IDs 0x895440, and 0x98967F relate to an unused demo version of the game, while the later only displays the above image which translates to "Game ends here. Reset." ID 0xF4240 starts a character emoticon test.
