Level Skip#
Pressing X, X, Circle, Square at the password screen will make a "Level Skip" option appear on the pause screen.

- The title screen uses a new logo and layout.
- The text translates to "Press Start Button!"
- Each level shows the control scheme for each play style before starting.
- The European version starts the game at the tank controlling stage. The Japanese version instead starts at the first side-scrolling platform stage.
- The password system uses easy-to-remember 4-digit codes with the face buttons rather than using actual passwords like in the European version.
- The Japanese version fixes the awkward controls for moving around. You instead walk slowly with the D-pad, and then you can hold down any of the shoulder buttons to make Cheesy start running, making platforming a lot easier.
