Bushido Blade is a fighting game that subverts many typical traits of the genre, having no timer, no HUD, one-hit kills for most attacks, and the ability to move freely on the map at all times.
Regional Differences#
- The Japanese version has analog stick and vibration support for the Analog Controller that was removed in the international versions. Shown below is an additional menu in the Japanese version to adjust these options.
- In the international versions, the story sequences have English subtitles to translate the characters' dialogue, while the narrator is voiced in English.
- The blood effects in the Japanese version are a different color.
