Taking the role of a military veiche, you must rescue the aircraft PK430 that got assaulted through five unique stages full of enemies and traps!
Regional Differences#
For a very long time, The Japanese and US versions were the sole playable versions of the game in MAME. Later, a Spanish version, licensed to tecfri, was found and dumped into the ROMset; finally, with the arrival of MAME 0.278, a European (World) set was found and dumped into the ROMset, and, by MAME standards, also become the parent set, dethroning the US version from the role.
Assuming by some additions made to the US version, it can be assumed that it is actually a slightly later build of the game. The Spanish version also uses the US version as base.
Coinage#
By default, the Japanese, European and US versions give you one credit per coin, but the Spanish version gives you two! You're so generous Tecfri.
Title Screen#

The Japanese version features a cooler title screen which shows the game logo in a cloud of smoke rather than the boring plain logo of the International versions.
Of course, "DATA EAST CORPORATION" had to be changed with "DATA EAST USA, INC." in the US version.
Copyright#
The Japanese version displays a standard export copyright notice after the title screen. The International versions don't have an equivalent notice, and instead goes straight to the high scores screen.
Task#

The task has some interesting differences:
- The Japanese and European versions keep what is the PK430 as a secret. Unfortunately, the US and Spanish versions spoils what the PK430 is.
- The Japanese and European versions specify that the PK430 is hidden in an airbase, the World version also states that the enemy is hiding it. The US and Spanish versions simply states that the enemy is holding it, without specifying the place.
- Enemy's airbase distance is calculated in kilometers in the Japanese version, and in miles in the other versions.
- The Japanese version gives you a encouragement message which is completely removed in the other versions.
Deploy our nation's secret weapon "PK430"!
It is hidden at an airfield 5000 kilometers south of here.
We wish you success!

The US and Spanish versions are the only sets that allows you to continue after losing your last life. In the Japanese and European versions, losing your last life means game over and restart the game back from the beginning.
