Title Screen#

Proto

Final

The game is called Tecmo World Cup '92, the same name as the Japanese Mega Drive version.

Country Select#

Proto

Final

The German (FRG) flag uses dark blue rather than black, which was fixed in the final game. Also, the Soviet Union's flag and country code (RSA) are present rather than the final's Russian Federation flag and "RUS" code. The prototype also uses different music for this screen.

Interestingly, Tengen World Cup Soccer uses this build's music and German flag for its Country Select screen.

Music#

This page or section needs more audio.
There's a whole lotta words here, but not enough audio. Please fix this.
Specifically: Rip prototype and final Country Select music tracks.

Music 01 does not play in the final and Music 0B is a completely different track in the final rather than sharing the ID of Music 01 like the prototype.

The signs with the game's name also have "92", and were likewise updated for the final.
