- The design of the plating is different and lacks any detail.
- The plating lacks a toolbox, so the solution is given after you have guessed it correctly, rather than showing the toolbox open and you have to press a button to enter the dialogue.
- Mickey is on a slightly different position.
- This minigame is somehow playable. Unlike the final, you have to place each instrument in Goofy's toolbox to win a round. Press Up or Down to change a instrument, and follow the hint. Press the Y button to place the instrument onto the grid. If you're done, press the Y button at the fifth column of the toolbox, but no matter how many times you press the Y button, because there is no cooldown, as it may loop infinitely and cause graphical glitches. If there are four dark-green circles in the toolbox, you win a round. The following items listed are:
- 1. Screwdriver
- 2. Scissors
- 3. Hammer
- 4. Shovel
- 5. Wrench
- On hard and medium mode, the instruments do not turn green to hint that it is correct, or red to hint that is incorrect.
- You can play this minigame again, unlike the others.
- Losing is preliminary.
- Press Start to exit.

- The second round in "medium" mode is comprised of Scissors, Screwdriver and Hammer. The final has identical instruments.
- The third round in "medium" mode is comprised of Scissors, Screwdriver and Hammer. The final adds the Wrench.
Challenging Mode:

- The second round in "challenging" mode has a layout identical to the final: Scissors, Screwdriver, Hammer and Shovel.
- The third round in "challenging" mode has a layout identical to the final: Scissors, Screwdriver, Hammer, Shovel, and the Wrench.
- There is a fourth round that is never present in the final, with a layout identical to the third round.
Books#
- Can be accessed using free-movement or by going onto the top of the Castle.
- According to the dialogue, you have to sort out those magical books by using the alphabet.
- You can play this minigame again, unlike the others.
- Free-movement is toggled, but using it does not work well, but use Higan code 7E0494=5B to make it work.
- The books had a different design.
- The books don't do anything.
- The border is also different.
