On April 20, 2024, two videos showcasing very early versions of Lupa's and Phrolova's gameplay, featuring many differences from the final.

Phrolova#

Her ultimate has drastically changed between both versions. It's unknown if the April version featured her alternate animation.

The April 2024 version:

• The vines (similar to the ones in her skill) are completely missing, making the background look empty.
• The blood from her eye actively moves down her cheek.
  • The blood is also a deeper color.
  • Her eye does not have a bright flash when uncovered.
• Her hair has many differences:
  • It was shaded completely differently and missing a lot of its unique strands.
  • Her hair is much more spread out in the back.
  • The hair around her lower face area was absent.
• Her character has no unique shading.
• There were much less of her flowers in the foreground.
• Originally, her flowers would have blurred around the screen instead of her vines.
• The Tacet Marks that open at the end of her animation are absent.
