Here, a few differences in the first chapter of the game could be seen when compared with the final release.

Early Mask#

An early version of the character Mask from the final game appears in the Polygon demo. While not explicitly confirmed to be this character, due to the appearance and location of this character in the demo, it is assumed that this is how the character looked earlier in development. They appear to be shirtless and wearing only a pair of grey shorts and a green mask, as opposed to their frilly clothing and purple mask seen in the final game.

Early Overseer Song#

Early in development, the overseer songs which are sung throughout the game used a much more simplistic appearance which doesn't match the rest of the game's style as well.
