- A black bar was added under the lifebars.
- The lifebars end in shades of blue. This was changed to reds in the final.
- The crowd is completely different, at this point still reused from WWF Royal Rumble.
- The lighting on the stairs in the background is different.
- The fence graphics are different, with thicker hinges that are more centered in the final.
- The commentary table graphics are the ones of Bobby Heenan and Vince McMahon from WWF Royal Rumble, despite the fact that Heenan had left the WWF in December 1993. The final game replaces Heenan with Jerry Lawler and updates McMahon's sprites.
- The colors of the ropes were reversed.
- The turnbuckles were changed from red to blue.
- The referee had his hair changed from blonde to black.
- The Undertaker's model is from WWF Royal Rumble with the gray leg wraps he originally wore. The final version is based on the purple look he debuted at SummerSlam '94.
