The game looks to be in an early state, with no enemies, hazards or interactions seen throughout. The score does not change at any point in the footage, and all Kawauso does is walk right, jump, and briefly swim.
An unused street(?) stage that doesn't closely resemble any in the final. Green and purple orbs of some kind float in midair. The closest comparison would be the city in stage 3, although this may be a stretch.

The area of the airport featured several times in the trailer is not used in the final. The hangar and the background plane are not used in the game, with Kawauso only having a single screen of travel to the plane.

In the final game, this section of the moon stage is swam through in the air. Kawauso simply walks through it in the trailer.
