Scott Pilgrim EX - Gameplay Sneak Peek ๐ฅ๐ธ#
The Gameplay Sneak Peek trailer was released on July 26th, 2025 about 8 months before the full release. There is some differences from the Demo and final version: Watch on YouTube
- The Hud looks completely different and isn't align at the top of the screen like in the final release. also, they have noticeable tears that have been filled in.
- Underground Robot Lab loses extra guitar that plays with the melody in the final releases track.
- Stephen's House lacks instrumentation and the short and long "woo hoo" & "oh yeah" are not present. only the short "Oh yeah" is the only sample here. These were all added in the final versions track.
- One more Summer, The Beaches, Ice Age & Let's Do This! tracks sound relatively unchanged for the most part.
- Blonde Vegan Degen's were originally named "Tyler" until it shared with the cap variant of Degen in the final game and demo.
- The cutscene in which the George enemy gets introduced is not implemented.
- George lacks a revival Rage state in the final version.
- Assists seem to not be implemented.
- The Ice Guys shop theme use High Fashion. Their shop uses Window Shopper in the final release.
- also, they don't need to be saved likely due to their Push! sub-quest not being implemented yet.
- When Sandra blows the whistle, it plays a different sound compared to the final version.
- The Kale speaking is named "Turpin" during the "find a Bomb" mission during Quest 2, and uses his base appearance, in the final game he uses Mizuna's pallete (the blue hard variant of Kale) and his name.
- It's assumed that Turpin was going to be Mizuna's original name (as in a pun of Turnip). Although it was likely changed to not conflict with the 2018 Turpin Case.
