The pre-alpha trailer of My Friend Pedro had significant differences compared to the final game.

Pedro does not have a face.
The textures have colors.
Dodging and kicking is not present.
The UI is different.
The effect when taking damage is different.
The gameplay has way less emphasis on being able to flip (the player can leap back during slow-motion instead of flipping).
