Mystery Land's icon is seen as two footsteps in the early version, Horror Land and Western Land switched positions to properly order the levels by difficulty, and the screwdriver and wrench in the Option Lab icon are crossed instead of placed perpendicularly. In addition, the sign seems to be a model in this screenshot while it is an image in the final game.
