The first image shows what appears to be part of the first level of the game:
The second image shows a very basic room that's never seen in-game:
The last image shows what seems to be part of a level with Small Mario's head seen inside of a platform. While uncommon, it is also present in other BMB games such as Lego Batman and The Adventures of the Gummi Bears:
