Scrapped Characters#
On November 8, 2001, ZUN posted to his blog that he wanted to add a Touhou character to Kioh Gyoku.1 Although many people responded, one of the developers at the time at Amusement Makers (AM) confirmed that Mima and Yuuka were planned. Although Yuuka was added at the end, Mima was never seen at all. It is unknown if she ever got any development due to the time constraints.

To GG, > Kioh Gyoku As I expected, Mima and Yuuka are extras this time (lol) > Shuusou Gyoku EX I can’t clear it at home anymore… Upgrading the VRAM just makes it run that much faster… Well, I wasn’t that good to begin with, so it’s not a big deal. My younger brother complains that all he can do is beat Marisa (lol) Oops, this got long… |
