A pre-release screenshot from Camelot's promotional website for TLA shows Gaia Rock with a different palette than in the final game. The cliffs use the same colour scheme as Aqua Rock, but with the same brown rocks as the final Gaia Rock.

The early version uses a battle background from the first game.
The early version shows a character summoning Haures, which would be impossible to obtain at the point where that boss is fought. This might be due to testing/debug tools.
