"Twisted Flipper"#
Various printed media referred to this game as "Twisted Flipper" before release, which is not-coincidentally a music track in the game used to activate the game's debug mode. It's possible that either the game didn't have the Motley Crüe branding at one point, or that the title was changed to make the branding more apparent.
