Item Suffixes#

You can create a clickable item link in-game with one of the unused suffixes by using the following macro:

/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage("\124cffffffff\124Hitem:727:0:0:0:0:0:500:0:80:0\124h[Click]\124h\124r");

Change the underlined 500 to the corresponding suffix ID. This will create a clickable (and linkable) Notched Shortsword item link with the suffix you chose.

Note that this only works in the Classic version of the game; in Battle for Azeorth, they overhauled the item suffix system, removing the ability to see these.
