Editor#
The world editor was part of the game during developmentː 1

The (vast majority of) editor code isn't in any of the .exes we shipped. As you mentioned, I think one of the earlier builds might still have some key combination to put it into "the editor is open" state (like the noclip we left in by accident) but the actual workings of the editor aren't there.
