Enable Debug, Disable Demo#

The following code will force a flag in the game tweaks to 00 and enables build string, title menus, and map teleport functionality alongside disabling the demo idle timeout:

Restoring Stubbed Debug Console Prints#

This build of the game is still set up to call debug print functions with several debugging messages but they don't print anything because of the debug print functions being stubbed.
Those stubbed debug print functions can be hijacked to send the messages through the OSReport print function so they can be monitored in dolphin or through debugging cables on hardware with the following code:
