VT09 games

Created by V.R. Technology, the VT09 hardware is a low-cost version of their VT03 hardware, increasing the internal CPU RAM from 2 KiB to 4 KiB and featuring an alternate SNES-like 4BPP video mode with planes 1 and 2 of each tile swapped.

Like the VT02 and VT03, VT09 hardware is exclusively used by Famiclones, with JungleTac and Nice Code being two of its more prolific developers.

Emulation of VT09 hardware is supported by DJ-Jungle's EmuVT, MAME, and Nintendulator-NRS, with the latter two generally being more accurate.
