A publisher co-founded by former Hi-Tech Expressions employees Henry Kaplan (the company's CEO until 1995) and Jonathan D. Harber. Being a successor of sorts to Hi-Tech, NewKidCo focused exclusively on publishing games aimed at young children. A long spree of failed video games tying into the 20th Anniversary of E.T. The Extra Terrestrial caused the company to go out of business sometime in 2005.
