Company founded in Prague on October 31, 2000 after the merger of Polish IM Group Sp. z o.o and Slovak Bohemia Interactive s.r.o with funding from DBG Osteuropa-Holding GmbH.
In 2005 it got acquired by 1C Company to expand their operations into Europe. As of November 2021, the company is owned by Tencent.
