Spinnaker Software were a developer/publisher of many computer games in the early to mid 1980s, with some CD-i titles released later on. Their most famous games came from their two brands, Telarium (formerly Trillium) and Windham Classics, both of which focused on adventure games based on novels.
They were acquired by The Learning Company in 1994. Prior to this, Spinnaker's CD-i team broke away and formed a new company named Animation Magic.
