A studio formed in 1999 as a joint-venture between Nintendo and Konami with an eye to focusing on the Game Boy Advance's Mobile Adapter GB accessory, which allowed mobile phone connectivity.
Dissolved in 2002 after the Mobile Adapter and its associated services were discontinued.
